It All Started as an Optician
Rolando Pardo begins his practice into the optical field at the chain optical Eyemasters. For 10 years he works under various optician owned opticals honing his craft and becoming a certified optician through the American Board of Opticianry.
Working for Optometrists
Rolando Pardo finds employment with optometrists who struggle to maintain and profit from their opticals. He encounters low wages while being asked to learn new skills like insurance billing and coding, reception appointment making for the doctor's clinic, and overall management of clinic flow operations at practices earning over $1 million in revenue.
